WONDROUS HAIR POLICIES

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. After 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No-show without informing us will be charged at N5,000 on the next scheduled appointment.

SALON POLICY

  • Punctuality: Appointments are not guaranteed if client is more than 15 minutes late.
  • Hair Extension services requires a consultation.
  • Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged N5, 000 rebooking fee.
  • Our waiting areas are only for clients rendering service.
  • Children are only allowed in salon.
  • Wondrous Hair is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical/color procedures.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

WIG POLICY

  • Due to the personal nature of wigs and human hair, please note that there are no refunds.
  • Please note that we require a deposit of 50% before making custom wigs.
  • Any complaint with custom wigs must be addressed within 10 days of completion.
  • We are not responsible for human hair or wigs left in the salon for over 60 days.
  • An additional charge is required for adjustments to original style once the making of a wig has been completed.
  • Express service for custom wigs (less than 7 days) attracts a fee of N5000.
  • A separate appointment is required for custom cutting and styling of wigs.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by chemicals.
