Order Confirmation and Delivery Time
After your order has been confirmed. We will deliver to the address you provided within the said number of day specified in your Order Confirmation Page. Ensure you print or keep a copy of your order confirmation page and order confirmation number.
Receiving Your Package
Ensure that during delivery, you inspect the product for correctness and then make payment if you chose to pay on delivery. Our dispatch man will give you a few moments to inspect your package for you to make sure you have the correct sizes, and correct items. If you will be unavailable to receive your package, please ensure that someone else will be there to receive, inspect, and pay for your package. Our dispatch man will not leave your package at the door or around your house if no one is home.
We ship all packages based on the address that you entered during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter in the delivery address section is correct.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. When dispatch returns an undelivered package to us, we will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact within a week of the package being returned, we will cancel your order.
- You can return products up to 7 days after delivery.
- The delivery fee for the product will be deducted
Step 1. Contact us by phone or email, specifying your name, address, phone number, email and order number.
Step 2: We will schedule a pick-up or drop-off of the product usually within 1-3 days.
Step 3: Return the item in its original package, including its product tags and labels to dispatch.
Step 4: We receive and process the returned product and send you an email to confirm receipt and specify the amount to be refunded.
Step 5: We issue a refund through a bank transfer. Refund will be received within 10 business days.
Please note that only one (1) attempt will be made at picking up from your address, after which your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return the item.
Before you place your order, always review your shopping cart to make sure your order is correct.
If you need an exchange, contact us immediately you receive your product by email or phone so that we can arrange for an exchange. You will pay an exchange fee of N1000 on the day of exchange, and you will be required to repackage the item(s) you wish to exchange.
An item will be regarded as “nonexchangeable” if it gets damaged or if you fail to notify us about the exchange up to two (2) days after delivery. If for some reason you are not pleased with the item(s) you ordered, we should be contacted immediately within 24hrs so the items can be returned.
Please note that all sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
